Great to be at the Edinburgh International Book Festival last night. A chance to meet, Edward Wilson, the author of Cold War spy thrillers. We were talking about our books, spying and spy thrillers. And by strange coincidence, Edward was brought up in Baltimore, where some of the action of The Poison Tide takes place.
